水平井全井多级暂堵转向分段重复压裂工艺试验及应用 被引量:5

Test and application of multi-stage temporary plugging divertible refracturing technology in horizontal wells

摘要 针对低渗透油田重复压裂施工无法进行机械分段压裂的问题,开展了全井多级暂堵转向分段重复压裂工艺研究。考虑耐温、可降解和封堵能力优选出Biovert NWB暂堵剂,并确定了暂堵剂用量和转向次数等施工参数,同时优化了压裂施工管柱。结合现场施工控制方法,选取X井进行现场应用,试验结果表明:重复压裂后初期日产液量是压裂前的14.3倍,定产日产液量为4. 33t,日产油量为1.55t,取得良好效果。全井多级暂堵转向分段重复压裂工艺解决了水平井由于固井质量差无法进行机械分段压裂的问题,经过验证,该工艺可在同类型井中进行推广应用。 Due to the problem that mechanical sectional fracturing can’t be carried out in refracturing operation for the low permeability oilfield,the research on multi-stage temporary plugging divertible refracturing technology has been conducted.Biovert NWB temporary plugging agent was optimized considering temperature resistance,degradability and plugging capacity,and the construction parameters such as dosage,diverting times were determined.At the same time,the fracturing pipe string was optimized.X well was selected for field application by combining with field operation control method.The test results showed that the initial daily increment of fluid after refracturing was14.3 times higher than that before refracturing;the daily fluid production was 4.33 t and the daily oil production was1.55 t with good results.Multi-stage temporary plugging divertible refracturing technology has solved the problem that mechanical sectional fracturing in horizontal wells cannot be carried out in horizontal wells due to poor cementing quality,it has been proved that the technology can be popularized and applied in the same type of wells.
