Research and application of CO2 huff and puff technology without moving pipe string

摘要 针对大庆榆树林油田CO2试验区储层物性差、渗透率低、注气压力高、井口防喷盒承压低,以及不能满足环空CO2吞吐注入条件的问题,通过室内实验研究,研制了承压密封短节和吞吐配套药剂,形成了不动管柱从油套环空注入低温液态CO2和配套药剂的吞吐工艺;编制了井筒温度和压力计算程序,结合CMG软件实现了全参数方案优化设计方法。经过现场实践见到了较好的试验效果,平均换油率为0.5m3/t,投入产出比为1:1.2。不动管柱CO2吞吐技术为进一步扩大现场应用奠定了技术基础。 Due to many problems existed in CO2 pilot area of Yushulin Oilfield,Daqing including poor physical property of reservoir,low permeability,high pressure of gas injection,low pressure-bearing of wellhead blowout preventer box,and insufficient CO2 puff and huff annulus injection conditions etc.,the pressure-bearing seal sub and huff and puff matching agents have been developed through the indoor experiment and research,and the huff and puff technology of injecting low-temperature liquid CO2 from tubing-casing annulus without moving pipe string and matching agents have been formed.The calculating program for wellbore temperature and pressure have been made and the design optimal method with full parameters has been realized by combining CMG software.The favorable test effect has also been obtained through the field practice,with average oil replace rate of 0.5 m3/t,and the input-output ratio being 1:1.2.The CO2 huff and puff technology without moving pipe string can provide a technical foundation for further expanding the field application.
