摘要
针对现阶段无法直接获取电动潜油柱塞泵位移和载荷这一技术难点,研发了电动潜油柱塞泵故障诊断系统。通过该系统在地面实时采集电压和电流参数,同时经小波数据处理算法过滤出正常信号,计算出功率来实现时间一功率示功图的绘制,进而分析出系统故障类型。室内实验和现场试验说明,通过时间一功率示功图,可以直观地分析采油井生产状态,从而及早发现、及时处理常见系统故障,保障了采油井的正常生产。电动潜油柱塞泵故障诊断系统的成功研发,为电动潜油柱塞泵的故障分析提供了重要的技术支持。
In order to overcome the technical difficulties that the displacement and load of electric submersible plunger pump can’t be obtained directly,the fault diagnosis system for electric submersible plunger pump has been developed.The real-time voltage and current parameters can be acquired on the ground,while filtering out normal signals through wavelet data processing algorithm to calculate the power for drawing the time-power indicator diagram,and hence to analyze the type of system failure.Both indoor experiment and field test showed that the production state of oil wells could be analyzed intuitively through the time-power indicator diagram.Therefore,the system fault can be found and treated timely to keep the normal production of oil wells.The successful development of fault diagnosis system has provided a technical support for analyzing the fault of electric submersible plunger pump.
