摘要
针对弱碱三元复合驱驱油技术矿场试验中发现机采井结垢严重导致卡泵、杆断,检泵频繁,生产时率随之降低,且增加油田开发生产成本的问题,研究了双柱塞防垢泵。通过设计双柱塞串联的结构,实现倒出油管内因脱落而掉入泵筒的垢片的目的。截至2018年1月中旬,在萨南油田共试验了18口井,单井平均检泵周期延长3倍以上。双柱塞防垢泵的应用能够增强抽油机井防垢、防卡能力,延长弱碱三元复合驱机采井检泵周期。
In order to solve the serious scaling problems in mechanical production wells that existed in field test of weak alkali ASP flooding,which result in pump stuck,rod broken,frequent inspection of pumps,low production efficiency,increased production cost in the oilfield development,the dual-plunger anti-scaling pump has been studied.By designing the structure of dual plungers in series,the falling scale debris can be removed from tubings to prevent it falling into the pump cylinder.By mid-January of 2018,the dual plungers anti-scaling pump has been tested in18 wells in Sa’nan Oilfield,and the average pump inspection period of single well has been prolonged by more than three times.The application of dual-plunger anti-scaling pump can enhance the anti-scaling and stuck prevention ability of pumping wells,and prolong the pump inspection period of mechanical wells by weak alkali ASP flooding.
