大庆油田智能分层注水技术研究与应用 被引量:6

Research and application of intelligent separate layer water injection technology in Daqing Oilfield

摘要 为了实现注水井分层流量、压力等参数的长期连续监测与实时调整,实现无人工上井的远程测调,开展了智能分层注水技术研究与应用。该技术主要由预置电缆智能配水器、过电缆封隔器、单芯电缆及地面无线远程控制系统等组成,在井下智能配水器中预置流量计、压力计、调节阀及控制电路等模块,以作业时预置在井下的电缆作为地面与智能配水器间的供电及通信载体,可通过地面无线控制系统实现办公室远程实时监测和调整井下分层流量、压力等参数。该技术具备自动测调、数据自动存储、超差报警、远程验封及测压、标准报表输出等功能,层段流量调配误差可控制在±10%以内,实测注水合格率长期保持在90%以上。智能分层注水技术可为油藏分析提供连续、精准的数据,实现注水方案的动态调整,是油田分层注水技术向数字化、智能化方向发展的基础。 Intelligent separate layer water injection technology has been used to long-term continuous monitoring and real-time adjustment of separate layer flow rate and pressure in injection wells,so as to realize the remote monitoring without human in the field application.The technology mainly consists of preset cable intelligent water distributor,over-cable packer,single core cable and ground wireless remote controller,etc.The preset cables in downhole are used as power supply and communication carriers in the operation,and the modules of flowmeter,manometer,regulating valve and control circuit are preset in downhole intelligent water distributor,which can realize the real-time monitoring and adjustment of downhole separate layer flow rate and pressure by supplying power on surface,and monitor the changes of all parameters remotely and real-time in the office through the ground wireless control system.The technology has the functions of automatic measurement and adjustment,automatic data storage,super-difference alarm,remote sealing&pressure measurement,output of standard report forms,and so on.The error of flow rate distribution can be controlled within±15%and the real qualification rate of water injection is higher than 90%in the long term.Intelligent separate layer water injection technology can provide continuous and accurate data for reservoirs analysis,and realize the dynamic adjustment of water injection scheme,which is the foundation of digital and intelligent development for separate layer water injection technology in oilfield.
