连续油管开关套管滑套压裂工艺研究与应用

摘要 为了提高大排量、大规模压裂水平井压裂施工效率,大庆油田开展了连续油管开关套管滑套压裂工艺技术研究。钻井后套管滑套随套管下入并固井完井,压裂时采用连续油管携带封隔器等配套工具开启套管滑套,通过环空进行加砂压裂,实现了水平井多段大规模体积压裂。压裂后起出连续油管及井下工具,井筒即实现了全通径,无须任何钻铣工序,提高了施工效率、降低了作业成本。该工艺在大庆油田现场累计应用了8口井,套管滑套均正常开启。通过该工艺的研究与应用,形成了一种环空加砂体积压裂工艺,为大庆油田低渗透致密储层的开发提供了技术支持,具有较好的推广前景。 In order to improve the frac operation efficiency of horizontal wells with large scale and displacement,the research on the casing sliding sleeve fracturing technology opened or closed by coiled tubing in Daqing Oilfield has been carried out.The casing sliding sleeve is run into the downhole with casing after drilling operation,and then cementing to fulfill the completion.When fracturing,packers and matching tools can be run into downhole with coiled tubing to open the casing sliding sleeve.Fracturing fluid carrying sand is injected through annulus to fracture the pay zones,which can realize the large-scale multi-stage volume fracturing in horizontal wells.After fracturing,pulling out of coiled tubing and downhole tools,the inner of wellbore is clear with same diameter,having no need of any drilling and milling process,which can improve the fracturing efficiency and reduce the operation cost.The technology has been used in eight wells in Daqing Oilfield,and all the casing sliding sleeves can be opened smoothly.Through the research and application of the technology,the volume fracturing technology through annulus injection has been formed,which provides a technical support for developing the low permeability tight reservoirs in Daqing Oilfield,with a good prospect of popularization.
