摘要
为了解决磨蚀、冲蚀、腐蚀等原因造成的抽油机井抽油杆、油管偏磨问题,开展了激光熔覆涂层技术在抽油杆和油管上的应用研究。根据激光熔覆涂层技术防腐耐磨机理,进行了室内耐磨损和耐磨蚀实验,在相同检测环境下,进行对比分析。实验表明,有涂层试件摩擦系数、磨损量远低于无涂层试件。激光熔覆涂层油管于现场试验18井次,平均免修期403天;激光熔覆光杆于现场试验30井次,平均免修期204天,目前均正常生产。该技术增强了抽油杆、油管的自润滑功能,减轻了偏磨程度,延长了抽油机井正常生产时间。
In order to solve the problems of eccentric wear of sucker rod and tubing in oil pumping wells caused by abrasion,erosion and corrosion,etc.,the application research of laser cladding coat technology in sucker rod and tubing has been carried out.According to the anti-corrosion and wear-resistant mechanism of laser cladding coat technology,the indoor wear-resistant and abrasion-resistant experiments were carried out,and the comparison analysis under the same testing environment was made.The experimental results showed that the friction coefficient and wear amount of coated specimens were much lower than those of uncoated specimens.Tubings with laser cladding coat was tested 18 times in wells,with an average repair-free period of 403 days.Rods with laser cladding coat were tested 30 times in wells,with an average repair-free period of 204 days,which are all in normal production currently.This technology improves the self-lubrication function of sucker rod and tubing,reduces the degree of eccentric wear,and prolongs the normal production time of oil pumping wells.
