摘要
为了实现在套损井综合治理过程中套铣筒现场质量检测,避免施工事故,开展了套铣筒螺纹现场无损快速检测技术研究。针对套铣筒啮合螺纹外形轮廓复杂、集各种无损检测难点于一体的问题,提出了隔层漏磁检测的方法思路,阐述了套铣筒螺纹隔层检测的理论依据,通过室内实验证明了通过对磁化强度、探头位置进行优化能够实现对套管啮合螺纹检测,根据实验结果研发了套铣筒螺纹检测系统设备,通过现场应用取得了很好的效果。该技术实现了入井管柱的现场质量检查,避免了带缺陷套铣筒入井,减少了工程事故。
In order to realize on-site quality inspection of washover pipe and avoid downhole accidents in comprehensive treatment of casing damaged wells,the research on non-destructive&rapid detection technology for washover pipe threads in the field was carried out.It is difficult to detect the meshed threads of washover pipe non-destructively due to their complex contour profile,therefore,the method of magnetic leakage detection of interlayer has been put forward.The paper presents the theoretical basis of interlayer detection for washover pipe threads.Laboratory experiments showed that the detection of casing threads could be realized by optimizing the magnetization and probe position.The equipment of thread detection system for washover pipe based on the experimental results was developed with good results in the field application.The technology realizes the on-site quality inspection of the pipe strings in wellbore,so as to avoid the defective washover pipe running in the wellbore,hence to reduce the operation accidents.
