摘要
利用电子探针(EPMA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X 射线能量色散谱(EDX)和俄歇能谱(SAM)对 Ni-Cr-B-Si 系合金在800℃、850℃下的氧化行为进行了研究。含:21~26%Cr 的耐磨耐蚀合金在800℃下具有良好的抗氧化性能。合金中高硼高碳含量导致γ相贫 Cr,对抗氧化不利。为使 Ni-Cr-B-Si 获得满意的耐磨耐蚀性,必须注意 Cr、B、C 三元素的比例关系,控制制粉工艺,细化铬硼化物。
The oxidative behavior of Ni-Cr-B-Si alloy has been studied by themethod of EPMA,SEM,EDX,and SAM.The alloy with 21-26wt-% Crexhibits excellent oxidation resistance at 800℃.The high contents of boronand carbon lead to deplete the content of Cr in γ-phase,which makes oxi-dation resistance of alloy worse.In order to obtain satisfactory resistanceto wear and corrosion,it is important to control the ratio of Cr,B,and Ccontents in the alloy and to fine the powder of chromium boride.
