摘要
以TEOS和MTES为前驱体,将盐酸催化的酸性硅溶胶按比例滴入氨水催化的碱性硅溶胶中,用酸碱两步法制备出海洋工程钢筋混凝土纳米硅渗透型防护剂。用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、砂浆渗透深度、砂浆毛细吸水试验及混凝土氯离子电通量试验等手段对渗透型防护剂结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:用酸碱两步法制备出类核壳结构二氧化硅颗粒溶胶,防护剂处理砂浆表面呈现明显类核壳结构点坑,砂浆渗透深度为1.3 mm,处理4 h表面吸水率降低85%以上,防护剂处理混凝土6h氯离子电通量降低50%以上。
With TEOS and MTES as precursors,nano-silicone permeable protective coating of marine concrete was prepared by acid/base two-step sol gel method where hydrochloric acid catalyzed silica sol was dropped into proportionally ammonia catalyzed base silica sol.The structure and properties of the coating were characterized by TEM,SEM,water absorption,chloride ion passed charge.The results show that for core-shell structure of SiO2sol prepared by acid/base two-step,dot-pits were observed on the treated mortar sample surfaces,penetration depth of mixed sol coated mortars was 1.3 mm,4 h water absorption of mortar samples were lower than 85% or more,6h chloride ion passed charge of concrete samples reduced by 50% or more.
