摘要
一直以来,西湖龙井茶铅含量问题倍受公众的关注。鉴于此,文章调查了近年来有关西湖龙井茶铅含量的情况,通过监测西湖龙井茶基地一级保护区茶叶铅含量情况,发现2011~2017年西湖龙井茶基地一级产区茶叶铅含量处于较低水平,铅含量已基本恢复到20年前水平。文章同时探讨了西湖龙井基地茶一级保护区茶叶铅含量下降的原因,并提出了在西湖龙井茶生产加工环节降低铅含量的有关建议。
Pb content of Xihu Longjing Tea has always been the focus of public attention.Accordingly,this paper investigated the research on the Pb content of Xihu Longjing Tea in recent years,monitored the Pb content of tea in the Level I Protected Area of Xihu Longjing Tea Base for many years.The results showed that the Pb content of tea in level I Protected Area had been at a low level from 2011 to 2017,and the Pb content had basically restored to that of 20 years ago.The paper also discussed the reasons for the decrease,and put forward some suggestions on Pb reduction in the production and processing of Xihu Longjing Tea.
