Yunnan’s unique ecological environment has nurtured the Yunnan large leaf tea trees.Pu-erh tea products processed with Yunnan large leaf species of sun-dried tea are popular among consumers because of their unique taste and flavor.This paper summarized the various processes in the primary and refined processing of Yunnan large leaf sun-dried tea,aiming at inheriting and upgrading the standardized production of Yunnan large leaf sun-dried tea,thus providing reference for stabilizing the quality of Pu-erh tea,and promoting the healthy development of the Puerh tea industry.
