摘要
纸尿裤微气候内的温湿度直接影响婴儿皮肤的健康。为探索纸尿裤微气候内温湿度的分布和变化,构建恒温假人试验平台,用温湿度记录仪测试纸尿裤内多次尿湿后温湿度的分布和变化。结果表明:微气候内温湿度分布十分不匀,婴儿的臀部温度最高,腹股沟温度最低;下腹、腹股沟处湿度较大,臀部湿度较小。以腹股沟位置为例,纸尿裤在尿湿后温湿度会突变,3次尿湿后(约240 mL尿液)纸尿裤内呈湿冷环境,损害婴儿健康。
The microclimate between diaper and skin impacts the baby ’s health.To explore the distribution and change trend of the temperature and humidity in this microclimate preliminarily , an experiment platform with a homothermal plastic model was designed .The distribution and change trend of temperature and humidity after several wetting were tested by a Temperature and Humidity Data Logger .The temperature and humidity in microclimate isn’t distributed uniformly .The temperature of bottom is the highest , and that of inguina is the lowest .The humidity of hypogastrium and inguina is larger , and bottom is much smaller .Microclimate changes dramatically after every wetting in inguinal region .The microclimate is damp and cool which is harmful to baby’s health after the third wetting (about 240 mL urine).
