浸胶加工是非织造布后整理中的重要工序,浸胶生产线中各工艺辊的速度是生产中的关键参数,精确的工艺辊速度控制是可靠生产的前提条件。介绍使用PLC及PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术进行变频器的控制,以实现浸胶线速度的控制。

Dipping production is an important after-treatment process in nonwoven field. The speed of the rollers of dipping production line is a key parameter in the production,which is a prerequisite for stable production. The process using PLC(programmable logic controller) and PROFIBUS-DP(process field bus technology) to control converter with the purpose of setting speed control for dipping production line was introduced.
