纳米纤维毡复合材料制备及其吸声性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 以二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)/丙酮混合溶剂分别溶解聚氨酯(PU)和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)制备静电纺丝溶液,采用高压静电纺丝技术分别将PU、PVDF和PU/PVDF共混三种纺丝液喷纺于多孔泡沫板表面,制成纳米纤维毡复合材料,并表征了纳米纤维毡的形貌,测试了纳米纤维毡复合材料的吸声性能。结果表明,PU和PVDF纳米纤维毡复合材料在中低频区域具有良好的吸声性能,质量比为7∶3的PU/PVDF共混纳米纤维毡复合材料的吸声性能明显优于PU和PVDF纳米纤维毡复合材料。 The solvent system DMF/Acetone was used to dissolve PU and PVDF to prepare spinning solution, the PU, PVDF and PU/PVDF nano-fibers were electrospun onto surface of porous foam sheets to form nano-fiber composite mats, then the morphologies of them were characterized and the property of sound absorption was investigated.The results indicated that PU and PVDF nano-fiber composite mats had good sound absorption properties during medium-low frequency, and the sound adsorption property of PU/PVDF(7∶3) nano-fiber composite mats was better than the sound adsorption property of PU and PVDF nano-fiber composite mats.
