表面改性玄武岩纤维滤料耐温性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 玄武岩纤维滤料是一种理想的高温烟气过滤材料,其主要技术性能指标尤其是耐温性能优于玻璃纤维和普通化学纤维。对玄武岩纤维滤料表面改性前后,以及表面改性后玄武岩纤维滤料与无碱玻纤滤料的耐温性能和结构形态进行了对比研究。结果表明:经过表面处理的玄武岩纤维滤料在常温~400℃范围内其经、纬向断裂强力明显高于未经表面处理的滤料,在250~300℃之间滤料强力损失较大,300~400℃高温下强力进一步下降;表面改性处理后的玄武岩纤维滤料在常温~350℃下经、纬向断裂强力均大大高于无碱玻纤滤料。 Basalt fiber as a kind of ideal high temperature flue gas filtration material, which the main technical performance was better than glass fiber and ordinary chemical fiber comprehensively, especially the resistance temperature property.The resistance temperature property and structure form were studied in view of the basalt fiber filter material before and after surface modification and the basalt fiber filter material after surface modification with E glass fiber filter material.The results showed that the warp and weft strength of surface treatmented basalt fiber filter material were significantly higher than without the surface treatment of filter material at room temperature to 400 ℃.Between 250 ~300 ℃ filter strength loss was larger, 300~400 ℃ after heat treatment strongly decreased further.The warp and weft strength of surface treatmented basalt fiber filter material were also significantly higher than E glass fiber filter material.
