毛巾吸水性能检测专用仪器的研究

介绍了毛巾吸水性能检测专用仪器的工作原理、软件模块和关键技术。通过阐述仪器的测试原理,比较了不同毛巾材料吸水性能的差异。该仪器集沉降法、水流试验法、毛细效应试验法、可湿性和吸收性法于一体。试验证明,其中以吸收法能最好地反映毛巾的吸水性能。

Working principle,software module and key technologies of water-absorption tester of towel were presented. The difference of water absorption of different materials was compared by presenting different working principles.Sedimentation,water flow experiment, capillary effect method, wettability and absorption method were mixed in the tester.The test results show that absorption method was the best method to detect property.
