摘要
分析短纤薄型热风法非织造材料的原料性能及成型机理,重点探讨梳理工序中气压棉箱、供棉匀整系统、罩板与漏底、出网装置、吹吸风系统等设备结构的优化,以及针布配型、上机工艺参数,以期提高短纤薄型热风法非织造材料的产品质量。
The properties of raw materials and the forming mechanism of thin hot-air nonwovens made of stable fibers were analyzed. The structure optimization of pressure cotton feeder, cotton feeding auto-leveling system, cover plate and bottom leak, fiber web output device, air blowing and suction system,as well as card clothing matching and processing parameters in the carding process were emphatically discussed,hoping to improve the quality of thin hot-air nonwovens made of staple fibers.
