军工企业通用产品生产项目外包给民营企业的决策研究

Decision Making Research on the Outsourcing of General Product Production Projects of Military Enterprises to Private Enterprises

在效用理论的基础上,针对"军工企业应该选定哪些候选通用产品生产项目进行生产、分别选择哪种生产方式即自己生产还是外包给民营企业"等问题,给出了军工企业通用产品生产项目外包给民营企业的决策模型。此外,根据交易成本理论、产权理论等知识,分析了影响该决策的主要因素。研究发现,社会责任、交易成本、风险转移、质量检测、时间控制等因素对外包决策产生重大影响。最后,给出了一个例子用于展示模型的实际应用。

In this paper,we propose the decision model of general product project outsourcing of military enterprises to private enterprises on the basis of utility theory.This paper aiming at solving the problem that military industrial enterprises should choose which general product production projects to choose for production,and which production methods to choose respectively,namely to produce by themselves or to outsource to private enterprises.In addition,according to the knowledge of transaction cost theory and property right theory,the main factors influencing this decision are analyzed.It is found that social responsibility,transaction cost,risk transfer,quality inspection,time control and other factors have a significant impact on outsourcing decision-making.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the practical application of the model.
