摘要
"校农结合"有办学模式的"校农结合"和扶贫模式的"校农结合"两种形式。高校应将这两种模式相互渗透、相互融合、相互支撑,不可割裂开来。必须立足农业、农村、农民的持续长远发展,不能局限于"产销对接"脱贫攻坚的单一定位,而应发挥学校的资源优势,全面实现学校与农业产业发展、与农村社会进步、与农民增收致富相结合,将"校农结合"推向纵深,着力打造"校农结合"的升级版。在探索"校农结合"路径创新上应着力从组织管理机制、人才培育机制和深度融合机制上下功夫。
There are two forms of“school-agriculture combination”,the school-running mode and the poverty-relief mode.The two modes should be infiltrated,integrated and supported by each other in the colleges.We must base ourselves on the sustained and long-term development of agriculture,countryside and peasants,and should not confine ourselves to the“production and marketing docking”unit to fight poverty.Instead,we should give full play to the school's resource advantages,realize the comprehensive combination of school andagricultural development,rural social progress and peasants'income increase,and push the“school-agriculture integration”to a deeper level,effort to create an upgraded version of“school farming combination”.In exploring the path innovation of“school-agriculture integration”,we should make our efforts on organizational management mechanism,talent cultivation mechanism and deep integration mechanism.
