摘要
"人生不能无群",社会化媒体对现实社会的投射与重构,衍生出更宽泛的人际互动维度,打开了数字化社会创新的设计机会,催生出社交设计。本文从社会学的角度对"社交"及其在缺乏社会自然场景下的媒介社交展开设计研究,阐述了以群体为中心的社交设计研究思路,提出位置共享群体、关系共情群体、事件共筑群体三种社交设计模式,以及参与赋能、沟通赋能、人际赋能、活动赋能四个结构性的社交交互要素,并得出不同的社会化媒体产品策略是对这四种设计要素的突出组合的结论。本文从理论上创新了社交设计研究,得到了可供实证和兼具操作性的研究成果。
‘We can not live without groups'. The social media's projection and reconstruction of our real society have brought about broader dimensions of interpersonal interaction, which opens up opportunities for the innovative design in this digital society and results in the emergence of the design for social interaction. From the perspective of sociology, this paper conducts a research on the design of ‘social interaction' and a certain form of its expression: the interaction through social media because of the absence of social natural scenes. This paper also elaborates a research idea of the group-centered design for social interaction and puts forward three patterns of such design for social interaction(they are the group where its members share the same location, the group built upon relationship where its members resonate with one another, and the group built upon a common event shared by its members) as well as four structural factors of social interaction(they are participation empowerment, communication empowerment, interpersonal empowerment, and activity empowerment). It finally draws a conclusion that different social media product strategies are the prominence and combination of these four design factors. This paper does some theoretical innovation to the research on the design for social interaction and achieves research outcomes that are both available for demonstration and operable in practice.
