摘要
目的:对获得美国环境体验设计协会(SEGD)2014年度全球设计大奖作品的分析,探讨了以服务设计的理念与方法营造高校创新教学空间。方法:配合同济大学的教学改革,以服务设计实践为切入点,对同济大学金工实践区进行空间的改建和教学服务的提升,分析了概念的形成和设计的过程,介绍了所运用的服务设计的工具,及展现了最终的设计成果。结论:以服务设计的方法营造创新教学空间,需要结合教学改革的利益相关人的需求,运用服务设计的思维和方法来进行学习"场"的设计;在服务触点上增强服务体验,以及在设计的过程中充分使用参与式的服务设计工具使设计过程更高效。从最终的成果来看,这种方法获得了受众的认可,达到了良好的效果。
Objective:Society for Experiential Graphic Design(SEGD) line with university transformation, apply service design methodology and tools to rebuild and innovate the university library. Method:In line with university transformation, apply service design methodology and tools to rebuild and innovate the university library. Based on the service design projects in Tongji University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, develop the successful implementation processes, introduce the efficient professional tools and demonstrate the high quality design deliverables. Conclusion:Using the methodology of service design to create innovative learning space is need to considerate and combine the demand of stakeholders, using the service design thinking to built the 'learning field'; enhancing the service experience on service design touch points, fully using the participatory service design tools to make the design process more efficient. From the feedback of the final results, this approach had been proved effectively and had achieved good results.
