基于产业系统视域的研发业发展地区比较——以东部经济较发达省份为例的研究

A Comparison of R&D Industry Development from Aspect of The Industry Relevance System——The Case of The Six Provinces( Cities) in Economy Developed East China

研发业是新兴的生产者服务业,从产业系统视域观察研发业的产业间关联是认识其性质的重要角度。本文通过计算我国东部经济较发达地区6个省份研发业的直接消耗系数和前后向关联乘数来测度这些地区研发业的产业关联效应,并比较其产业关联效应来认识研发业发展的地区差异。研究显示:6个省份研发业对上游产业的中间投入需求既有共性也有特性,研发业对下游产业的推动作用存在显著的地区差异;北京和上海研发业的后向直接关联乘数大于4个省份,但后向完全关联乘数小于4个省份;4个省份研发业的前向直接关联乘数和前向完全关联乘数都大于北京和上海;4个省份研发业产业链网的关联强度一般大于北京和上海。

The research and development(R&D)industry is a new sector of service industry,the industry relevance effect of R&D is an important aspect to study the industry characteristic.By calculating the direct consumption coefficient and forward-backward relevance multiplier of R&D of the six provinces(cities)in East China,we estimate the industry relevance effect of R&D of these regions,and we study region difference of R&D development in these regions by comparing the industry relevance effect.Research results indicate that the intermediate input demand of R&D in the six provinces own common characteristic and distinctive characteristic,driving effect to down stream industry sectors own obvious region difference.The backward direct relevance multipliers of R&D in Beijing and Shanghai are bigger than those in the four provinces,but the backward total relevance multipliers of R&D in Beijing and Shanghai are smaller than those in the four provinces.The forward direct relevance multipliers and the forward total relevance multipliers in the four provinces are bigger than those in Beijing and Shanghai.The relevance degree of R&D industry system chain-network in the four provinces is generally bigger than those in Beijing and Shanghai.
