非对称互联网骨干网网间互联决策分析

An Analysis on Interconnection Decision of Asymmetric Internet Backbone

摘要 本文通过博弈模型,探讨了非对称互联网骨干网网间互联质量选择的偏好问题。骨干网网间互联质量的好坏对互联网业务的发展起着至关重要的作用,而骨干网则会通过比较与其互联的骨干网的规模差异的大小选择合适的互联质量以在市场上争夺更多的用户和利润。通过分析博弈模型中互联互通质量的大小对骨干网的影响可知,当两骨干网规模差异大小不同时,它们对互联的偏好也有所不同。当网络规模差异较小时,两骨干网偏好完美互联;当网络规模差异较大时,两骨干网对互联质量的偏好是不确定的,但可以肯定的是,此时大骨干网的用户数随着互联质量的提高而减少,而小骨干网的用户数则随着互联质量的提高而增加。最后,利用模型得出的结论,对当今骨干网企业的互联决策进行了解释,并为我国目前互联网骨干网的发展提出了合理化建议。 This paper discusses the preference of interconnection quality selection in asymmetric Internet backbone network by game model.The quality of the interconnection between the backbones plays an important role in the development of the Internet services,and the backbone network will be compared with the size of the backbone network to which it is connected,selecting the right quality,gaining more users and profits in the market.By analyzing the influence of the size of the interconnection quality on the backbones in the game model,it can be seen that the preference of the two networks is different when the size of the two backbones is different.When the differences in network size is small,the two backbones prefer perfect interconnection,but when the size differences is large,the preference of the two backbones for interconnection quality is uncertain.At that time,the users of large backbone decreases with the increase of interconnection quality,while the users of small backbone increases with the increase of interconnection quality.Finally,the conclusion of the model is used to explain the interconnection decision of the backbone network enterprises,and the rationalization suggestions are put forward for the development of the Internet backbone in China.
