摘要
本文以1986—2013年京津冀三省市的专利授权量为变量,运用基于VEC系统的脉冲响应函数来测度京津冀经济区内的技术创新扩散效应。通过协整方程、脉冲响应函数及方差分解分析,可以得出以下结论:第一,北京技术创新产出增加会对天津和河北的创新产生显著的促进作用和较长的持续效应,且在京津冀三省市中,北京对外埠的技术创新扩散强度最为显著。第二,从长期来看,北京创新产出增长的主要原因在于自身具有很强的循环累积效应,天津对北京的创新辐射能力也正在逐年增强。“十二五”期间,北京与天津两地协同创新态势良好。第三,京津冀三省市的创新发展尚未体现趋同特征,在创新领域的协同发展仍然需要加强。
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is one of the most developed areas in China with a most rapid rate of innovation growth.This paper analyzes intraregional diffusion effect of technological innovation by impulse response function and variance decomposition based on the VEC model.The empirical results show that,from 1986 to 2013,1)Beijing is stronger on technological innovation diffusion intensity than Tianjin or Hebei.2)The diffusion capacity of Tianjin to Beijing strengthened year by year.3)Our analysis of the relationship among long-term innovation movements across provinces reveals little evidence of convergence.Collaborative development in the field of innovation still needs to be strengthened.
