军工企业产学研创新系统协同发展实证分析——基于复合系统协同度模型

Empirical Analysis of Collaborative Development of Industrial and Research Innovation system in Military Enterprises——Based on Synergetic Degree Model of Composite System

本文采用2010~2013年我国25个省份的地区面板数据,以复合系统理论和产学研协同创新理论为基础,把军工企业产学研创新体系划分为三个子系统并选取科学合理的序参量指标,进而构建军工企业产学研创新体系协同度模型并进行实证分析。研究表明军工企业产学研创新体系形成了一定的协调机制,且呈上升趋势,但总体上协同度水平不高,而且地区间协同度水平差距较大,形成了两极分化的局面。同时在此基础上,提出了改善和提高军工企业产学研创新体系协同度水平的政策建议。

This paper uses the regional panel data of 25 provinces in China in 2010-2013,based on composite system theory and collaborative innovation theory of production and research,divides the innovation system of military enterprises into three subsystems and chooses scientific and reasonable index of order parameter.Furthermore,the model of collaboration of industry-university innovation system is built and empirical analysis is made.The research shows that the innovation system of military enterprises has formed a certain coordination mechanism,and has a rising trend,and there is a large gap in the level of synergy between regions,which has formed a situation of polarization.At the same time,on the basis of this,the improvement and enhancement of the army are put forward.Policy recommendations on Synergy level of Innovation system of Industry,Education and Research in Industrial Enterprises.
