摘要 叙述了世界 MEMS产业和市场情况 ,介绍了当前 MEMS的设计、制造、封装和测试技术 ,最后浅析了 MEMS产品的商品化进展。 This paper introduces current situation on industry and market for MEMS.Then,current technique of design,fabrication,packaging and testing for MEMS is presented.Lastly,commercialization for MEMS products has analyzed.
