缺损颅骨重构与CAD技术 被引量:2

摘要 在对颅骨和颅面缺损的治疗中,CAD已经逐渐被采用,并不断探索和改进以求得最佳结果。本文对颅骨修补手术中采用CAD制造人工植入片的方法作了简要的概述,着重介绍了设计阶段的几项关键技术:原始CT数据的转换、破损颅骨的三维重构、植入片的几何元素的生成、以及植入片的生理学设计等。
