摘要
针对燃油调节器在研制期间的失效情况,通过假设检验,利用AMSAA异步纠正模型对失效数据进行分析,得出了调节器增长趋势的判断。最后,给出了可靠性指标MTBF的极大似然估计。为科学的进行产品的可靠性评估和预测提供理论基础。
In this paper, according the fuel regulator in development during the failure, by hypothesis testing, failure data is analyzed by using AMSAA asynchronous correction model and the regulator growth trend of judgment is concluded. At last, reliability MTBF of maximum likelihood estimates is given. Science is available for product reliability evaluation and prediction.
