Study on the construction of multivariate practice platform for students of professional master degree in mechanical engineering field

实践教学过程是全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养最重要的部分,企业实践和学科竞赛是培养研究生实践创新能力的有效途径。本文针对专业学位硕士研究生的培养目标,构建了集校内教学、创新竞赛、企业实践"三位"于"一体"的专业学位硕士研究生人才培养体系,并进一步构建了全日制专业学位硕士研究生多元实践平台。

The practice teaching process is the most important part of the cultivation of the full-time professional master degree students, and enterprise practice and academic competition are the effective ways to develop the innovative ability of postgraduates. According to the training target of the professional master degree students, this paper builds the talent cultivation system containing the teaching inside campus, the innovation competition and the enterprise practice together. Also it makes an initial exploration on setting up a multivariate practice platform which is suited to cultivate the full-time professional master degree students.
