摘要
卓越工程师人才培养的目标是培养高质量各类型的工程技术人才,是高等学校工程类专业教学改革的重要方向。基于应用型化工生产过程控制卓越工程师的培养,从人才培养目标、培养模式和课程改革等方面系统探讨了培养应用型化工生产过程控制卓越工程师的教学改革。首次提出三元制培养模式、翻转实习、动态课堂教学等全新的教学理念,探索了培养应用型化工生产过程控制卓越工程师的全新模式。
The goal of the Special Requirements(SRs) of the Plan for Education and Training Outstanding Engineers(PETOE) is to cultivate the high quality engineering technique talents. It is an important direction in the reform of higher education in Colleges and universities. Based on the application of chemical engineering production process control of PETOE, the personnel training objectives, training mode and other aspects of the curriculum system were reformed. The three yuan system training mode, the reverse of the practice, the dynamic classroom teaching and other new teaching ideas were proposed firstly. It is the new model to explore the reform in PETOE.
