摘要
随着社会生活的不断发展和生产方式的不断变革,社区工作人员是职业倦怠的高发人群,尤其是自我效能感不高的社区工作人员,因其自身的特殊性成为职业倦怠研究的焦点之一。通过对江苏省社区工作人员的抽样调查,结果证实:社区工作人员一般自我效能感在收入状况方面存在显著差异;社区工作人员一般自我效能感在工作地点方面存在显著差异;社区工作人员在玩世不恭和情绪衰竭维度上存在显著差异;社区工作人员的一般自我效能感和职业倦怠的成就感低落维度显著相关。
With the continuous development of the social life and the rapid innovation of the production mode, community staff become one of the high risk group of job burnout, especially when the group members are those who are with low self-efficacy. Due to this specialty, they become one of the focuses of job burnout study. Based on the sampling survey of the community staff in Jiangsu province, the results show:The self-efficacy of the com-munity staff is different in income;The self-efficacy of the community staff is different in working location;The community staff are different in cynicism and emotional exhaustion;The self-efficacy of community staff is ex-tremely related to the diminishedpersonal accomplishment style of the job burnout.
