绿色发展视角下江苏创新型园区评价指标体系的构建

Construction of Evaluation Index on Innovative Park in Jiangsu Province from the Perspective of Green Development

创新型园区是经济全球化、国际产业转移背景下促进区域经济增长、发挥创新的先导力量。以江苏省国家级创新型园区为研究对象,根据江苏创新型园区绿色发展的特点和评价指标体系的设计原则,构建了江苏创新型园区绿色发展评价的四级指标体系,并利用AHP法计算了各级指标的权重。研究发现,绿色生产、创新投入和创新主体是江苏创新型园区绿色发展的关键要素。

Innovative park plays the leading force on promoting regional economic growth and innovation under the background of economic globalization and the international industrial transfer. Taking national innovation park in Jiangsu province as the research object, the paper builds green development evaluation index system of level 4 and uses AHP method to calculate the index weights at all levels according to the characteristics of the Jiangsu innovative park green development and the design principle of the evaluation index system. The study shows that the green production, innovation investment and the body is the key to the green development of Jiangsu innovative park.
