摘要
信息技术的出现,改变了知识的传播途径和教师间的交往方式,打破了教师学习系统中原有的平衡。从教育生态学的视角对信息技术环境下教师学习方式的变革进行研究,能够重构教师学习生态系统,找到维持信息技术在教师学习生态系统中达到动态的平衡的生态路径,具体包括教师主体的自我转变、优化教师学习的校园生态环境、构建教师网络学习共同体。
The emergence of information technology changed the route of transmission of knowledge and the interactions between teachers, broke the balance from their teachers' learning system. The study on changes of teachers' learning style under the environment of educational technology from the educational ecological perspective can reconstruct teacher learning ecosystem and find the ecological path to maintain the information technology in teacher learning ecosystem to achieve dynamic balance. The path includes teachers' self transformation, optimization of the campus ecological environment of teachers' learning and construction of teacher network learning community.
