摘要
应用型本科人才如何培养,是应用型本科院校需要着力解决的问题。江苏理工学院经过多年思考和实践,在工商管理类应用型本科人才培养教学体系方面,初步形成了"353教学体系"并取得了一定成效,该体系不仅适应学生的能力,而且还改变学生的学习行为、学习能力和学习方式。同时,该体系改变了教师的教学习惯。
How to cultivate applied undergraduate talents is a problem that needs to be solved in the application oriented universities. After many years of thinking and practice, Jiangsu University of Technology has made some achievements in the teaching system of applied undergraduate talents in Business Administration,‘'353'education system has been formed initially.
