加强村级公益事业一事一议项目建设管理的思考

Strengthening the Management of "One Matter One Discussion" Financial Award and Subsidy Program for Village-level Public Welfare

近年来,浙江省松阳县积极推进以农村公共基础设施和村级公益事业项目为建设内容的一事一议财政奖补制度的落实,对巩固农村税费改革,加快新农村建设,改善农村生产生活条件,深化农村综合改革方面发挥了重要作用,极大地改善了农村面貌,深受广大群众的支持和信任。然而,随着农村综合改革的不断深入,乡村振兴战略的不断推进,村级公益事业项目建设将呈几何倍增长,各级政府对农村项目建设缺乏有效管理,将成为引发干群矛盾的主要因素。本文以浙江省松阳县为例,就加强村级一事一议项目建设管理进行分析,提出加强村级公益事业一事一议项目建设管理的对策建议。
