This paper introduced a case study of multivariate control and diagnosis applying the multivariate diagnostic theory with two kinds of quality proposed by the authors to a production line.Through this case study,the reader can understand the main idea of this new theory and its scientificity.The case study of this paper shows that this new diagnostic theory has broad applicable prospects,and it also shows that practicing this new theory is the foundation of implementing six sigma management.
