摘要
前言
近年来,我国的企业一直在质量管理领域进行着积极的探索和实践,各种质量管理的思潮、理论和方法掀起一次又一次的热潮.
This paper analyzes the difficulties and challenges the domestic enterprises are facing with and introduces the approaches, steps, key factors and goals of improving quality management via information technology. Also, it gives one case to demonstrate how IT promotes and improves the quality management.
