摘要
本文根据缄默知识理论和隐性教育理论,从学校、家庭和社会隐性教育三个方面,分析了隐性教育对高职生思想品德的影响,并就当前高职院校中隐性教育对学生思想品德形成和发展中存在的问题和解决途径进行了探讨。
Based on the theory of be reticent and hidden education , From three approaches of the college, the family and the society, the essay analyses the effect of the hidden education on high vocational college students’ morality. Furthermore, the article throws light on the existed problems of hidden education in contemporary colleges and solution of them.
