ISO9000族标准在我国高校与企业应用之异同

Similarities and differences that the series of standards of ISO9000 are used in our country’s university and enterprise

随着标准化管理的发展,ISO9000族标准的引入给我国企业界注入了活力,高等教育也在尝试引入,本文着重从顾客、产品、遵循规律、管理模式、面临形势等方面分析了高校与企业的不同之处,指出了高校在贯标过程中应该注意的问题。

With the development of standardized management, the introduction of the series of standards of ISO9000 has injected vigor into business circles of our country. Higher education is being tried to introduce it too. This paper analyses the difference between the university and enterprise from aspects of customer,products,follow law , management mode and face situation , etc. And it has put forward the question that the university should pay attention to in the course of introducing it.
