摘要
'汇文'系统是以书目数据库为中心,将文献的采集、加工、整理、流通、检索等融为一体的集成管理系统。本文主要论及'汇文'系统在图书采访工作中的应用,为图书馆优化图书采访效率,提高图书采访质量,实现以人为本,优质服务提供了充分的技术保证。并结合'汇文'系统的使用情况,提出若干思考与建议。
Huiwen System is a book management system based on bibliographic data bank, integrating books purchase, procession, circulation, indexing, etc. The article mainly deals with the application of this system in the work of library books acquisition and order and its technical assurance of optimizing the efficiency of books acquisition and order, upgrading the quality of the books ordered, the realization of base on people and high quality service of library. It also points out several the writer’s considerations and suggestions according to the application of Huiwen System as well.
