The life core of a school, especially the high vocational institute, is running features. This article gives the analysis and description to the significance, founding process and the core points according to the thinking and practice during the working period. We hope we can reach the common ground to support the theory of "relying the high vocational institute’s prosperity on their own characteristics", and fully strive to provide a high vocational education to satisfy the needs of people.
