高职人才培养主导模式:双证融通,产学合作

Combination of the Leading and Featuring Styles——Efficient Style of Training High Vocational Personnel

为了实现高职教育的基本培养目标,高职人才培养需要可遵循的主导模式。而从现代教育思想与高职教育的普遍趋势看,这种主导模式理应是'双证融通,产学合作'。高职教育要实施这一主导模式,必须抓好六个环节,即构建质量标准、重组课程体系、改革教学模式、创新评价方法、建设实训基地、提升师资队伍。

We should consider the features and efficiency of a personnel-training style as well when it is advanced and spread. The efficiency means the high adaptability and strong flexibility of the personnel-training style. To match the adaptability and flexibility, we will adopt the combination of the leading and featuring styles, which is the efficient high vocational personnel-training pattern. To establish the pattern, the author suggests "Duo-Certificate integration, Production-and-Study Combination" as the leading style, and on this basis, integrates a variety of featuring models to adjust different ways of personnel training.
