示范性高职院校建设是国家大力发展职业教育的一大重要举措,旨在为提升和规范高职院校教学及管理等方面提供示范模式。高职院校要建设成国家示范性高等职业院校,其短板是课程建设和专业建设,而这课程建设与专业建设最终都要落实到教师这一人的因素上面来,如何最大限度地激发教师教学创新的激情和潜能,关系着高职院校的未来发展。
