高等职业教育质量观随着高等教育大众化进程的推进正在发生着深刻的变化,由注重满足社会需求转移到同时满足人的全面发展上来了。高等职业教育质量观更多地倾向于特色化质量观、适应性质量观、发展性质量观等多元化质量观,在树立这一多元化质量观的过程中,如何采取具体有效的行动促进高职教育内涵发展将是今后一段时间内面临的更为重要和艰巨的课题,政府、社会、学校、学生必须积极承担起各自新的行动职责和任务,从外控走向内控的高职教育质量管理体系的(内部监督与评估系统)建立,是推进高职院校内部教育质量稳步提升的重要手段。

Profound changes have taken place on the quality of high vocational education along in the popularization of higher education,from satisfying the needs of society to striving for overall development of the human beings.The quality view of high vocational tends to diversified quality view such as characteristic quality view,adaptive quality view and developing quantity view,etc.It is an important and formidable subject to promote the connotation development of high vocational education by taking efficient measures In the course of building up diversified view on quality in the later time.Government,society,colleges and universities,students have to undertake their new responsibility and duty activity.The establishment of the teaching quality administration system(the system of inner supervision and assessment) from outside control to internal control will be an important approach steadily upholding internal education quality of high vocational colleges.
