高职院校学生工作二级管理的探索

Exploration of the Second Management of Students Affairs in High Vocational Colleges

近几年来,高等职业教育迅速发展,高职院校的数量不断增多,已占据高等教育的半壁江山。随着招生规模的不断扩大,原来一级管理的模式已不能适应高职院校的发展要求。为了培养更多的高素质、高技能应用型人才,必须加快推进高职院校学生工作二级管理,本文对实行学生工作二级管理的必要性和采取的措施等进行了探索。

In the last few years,higher vocational education has experienced a quick development,the amount of high vocational colleges increases continuously,having already occupied half of the proportion of higher education.Along with the continuous enrollment scale of colleges and universities,original management model isn’t seasoned with the developing trend of high vocational colleges.In order to bring up more high-quality and higher skilled talents,it is essential to quicken second management of student affairs in high vocational colleges.The paper discusses the necessity and countermeasure of second management of students work.
