A Brief Comment on Teachers’ Ethics and Substantial Results of Moral Education in High Vocational Colleges

在高职院校的德育工作中,师德建设对德育的实效性有着重要的作用。从学生思想品德的形成过程,分析教师道德素质对学生健康成长的影响,探讨师德建设在实现高职院校德育实效性的作用,以期真正提高师德建设,改善德育工作实效性。

The construction of teachers’ ethics has an important effect upon effectiveness of moral education.The paper analyses the influence of teachers’ moral quality over students’ moral development,discusses the functions of construction of teachers’ morals in achieving substantial results of moral education expecting the real improvement of teachers’ morality and actual effects of moral education from the forming process of moral character of college students.
