世界导电塑料工业化进展

The evolution of worldwide conductive plastics industrialization

摘要 随着科学技术的进步与塑料工业的发展,世界导电塑料的需求大幅增长。用于导电塑料制造的新型导电添加剂(如碳纳米管、纳米石墨微片、导电钛酸钾晶须等)、高性能特殊用途的导电塑料材料、母料技术、本征导电及离子导电塑料合金技术等,在工业化与规模化生产方面取得了长足的进步。本文在综述世界导电塑料工业化进展的同时,列举了许多国际知名厂商的相关新产品牌号,为导电塑料新品开发提供参考。 Along with advancement of science and technology as well as the development of plastics industry, the demands of conductive plastics have been increasing greatly in the world. The new technology used in making conductive plastics have made great progress in industrialization and large-scale production, including the novel conductive additives (such as carbon nanotube, nano-graphite platelet, conductive potassium titanate whisker, etc.), high performance conductive plastics for special application, masterbatch technology, alloy technology containing inherently conductive polymer or inherently dissipative polymer, etc. This article summarized the evolution of worldwide conductive plastics industrialization, and also enumerated many pioneer product trademarks of internationally famous companies, which can be reference for the exploitation of new conductive plastics products.
