旅游消费者权益保护研究在我国已经成为一个热点话题。本文从非理性消费行为的概念和成因入手,分析了非理性消费行为在旅游消费中的表现,提出了非理性消费行为下旅游者消费权益的保护措施:进行科学旅游消费教育,树立理性旅游消费观念;充分提供旅游市场信息,便于消费者作出理性决策;加强旅游企业的诚信建设,完善旅游消费环境;健全旅游法律制度,严格执法保护旅游者消费权益——从而使旅游者消费权益在非理性消费行为影响下能得到有效保护。
