酒店业的快速发展使得酒店管理专业的学生供不应求,酒店也多方寻求与院校间的合作。如何综合考虑学生、院校、专业、酒店等因素,选择与建立良好的校外实训基地,是高职酒店管理专业不断加强产学合作,提升教学质量,实现可持续发展的重要保证。

With the fast development of Hotel Industry,the demand of students majoring in hotel management specialty exceeds supply.Hotels also seek the cooperation with colleges.It pointed out that based on an overall consideration of various factors,such as students,colleges,majors and hotels,choosing and constructing excellent outside class practising base can enhancing the cooperation between industry and university so as to upgrade the quality of technical and vocational education,and that is the basic ensurence of sustainable development.
